Terms of Use

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Unscroll mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Using Unscroll

Unscroll helps you set screen-time goals and use movement-based challenges to access selected apps. You are responsible for choosing settings that are appropriate for you and for using the Service in a safe, lawful manner.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Health and safety

The Service is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a professional before starting or changing an exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition, injury, or concern.

Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort. Perform activities in a safe environment and at your own pace. You assume the risks associated with using the exercise features of the Service.

Permissions and device controls

Some features require device permissions or operating-system controls to work, including permissions related to screen time, app access, motion, or camera-based activity verification. You may revoke these permissions in your device settings, though doing so can limit or disable certain features.

Unscroll cannot guarantee that all apps, notifications, websites, or device features will be restricted in every situation. You remain responsible for your device, accounts, and use of third-party apps.

Subscriptions and purchases

If the Service offers paid features, payments and subscriptions are processed by the app store through which you downloaded Unscroll. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are subject to that app store’s terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions in your app store account settings.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass its restrictions or security measures, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it in a way that harms others or violates the law.

Changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
