Unscroll
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Unscroll handles information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Information the Service may use
To provide its features, Unscroll may process information you provide directly, such as support messages and preferences. The app may also use information from your device that is needed to deliver features you enable, such as selected app restrictions, screen-time settings, activity progress, and device or diagnostic information.
If you grant a permission such as camera, motion, or screen-time access, we use it only to provide the related feature. Permissions can be reviewed or changed at any time in your device settings.
How information is used
We use information to operate and improve the Service, maintain your settings and progress, respond to support requests, protect against misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information to make decisions about your eligibility for healthcare, insurance, employment, or credit.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Those providers may use information only to perform services on our behalf and as permitted by applicable law.
App-store purchases are handled by the applicable app store. Their processing of payment and account information is governed by their own privacy policies.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You can control many permissions through your device settings and can stop using the Service at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the processing of your personal information.
Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children who are not old enough to consent to personal-data processing where they live. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and address the request.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the support option in the Unscroll app.
